COVID – 19
We know that our patients and community members are concerned about the COVID – 19 virus although the public health emergency has ended. Our commitment to maintaining the highest level of care before, during and after the COVID-19 Pandemic has never wavered and we stand ready to serve our patients by providing safe, high quality healthcare to all those in need. We continue to take steps to ensure the safety of our patients, visitors and staff by following and adhering to guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Your safety and the safety of our staff are our top priority. Everyone entering our facility is screened for possible viral symptoms or illness every day.
Masks are no longer required to enter our facility due to changes as per the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Wearing a mask is a personal choice. Patients that prefer to mask while in our facility will be provided with a mask upon request. Please help us and do your part in preventing the spread of illness by participating in measures aimed at reducing the spread of illness such as: covering your cough, frequent hand washing and staying home when feeling ill.
Please do not enter our surgery center if you are experiencing any of the following: Fever or chills; Cough; Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing; Fatigue; Muscle or body aches; Headache; New loss of taste or smell; Sore throat; Congestion or runny nose; Nausea or vomiting; Diarrhea.
